Work is scoped in advance and carried out under a written agreement, on either a fixed-project or hourly basis. Engagements are delivered remotely, with on-site time in the Greater Toronto Area by arrangement.
Clients are invoiced after work is performed, or against agreed milestones on longer projects. Invoices are payable by bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer, or card, with applicable taxes shown as a separate line. PharSyde sells professional services only. There are no physical goods, consumer subscriptions, or automated digital downloads.
